During the time at Aspria

• I founded the T.C. Aspria e.V. in which I held the offices of youth and sports warden as well as the 2nd chairman for 19 years
• I built, trained and managed a completely new team of trainers
• I was responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality standards of the tennis department, as well as the maintenance department
• I developed a new tennis concept
• I created brochures and flyers
• I successfully searched for Cooperation partners. We cooperated with HEAD for 11 years and Wilson for 8 years
• I planned, organized and implemented street tennis at the German Open
• I launched the cross-club Master Cup series for the last 3 years
• I was entrusted with the management of the maintenance department, which gave me the title Operation Manager
• I worked closely together with various departments such as SPA, fitness, restaurant and the children’s department
• I started the Inter-Club, a international tournament between Italy, Belgium and Germany
